I don't know where the problem with your contact centre of the branch, my phone got, i phoned the callcentre 2 advise as per happening, i was advised to open up a case and also report it to blacklisting dept, that i did, Irequested for another phone, i was advised i cant get one as i didnt have insurance for my phone, i requested for a simcard swap, i was advised they cant assist me as i didnt have Proof of Purchase, i was advised to go to the where i opened the contract, but i was advised by the contact centre to go to any 8ta store, i mean dont you have system that pick up ur id number wherever you go, i mean what abt Convenience.here i am today without a phone but yet everymonth my account gets debited for a sim im not using or a phone, ..i need assistance ASAP...
