I went to the canal walk MTN store on sunday 15/09 because my mother's blackberry was not working as it should. Was advised by the salesperson that it might be a problem with the simcard, we paid for a simswap and was told that it would take 2 to 24 hours for the new simcard to be activated. This mornig the new sim is still not active, so I phoned the MTN helpline and was advised that no sim swap was done on her number and that I had to go back to the store. I tried to phone the canal walk store, given 3 different numbers by MTN helpline, but none of the numbers worked! This is a great inconvenience because of incompetent emplyee.
