BAD ATTITUDE/SERVICE @ 8TA SANDTON CITY

On Mon 11 March I visited the Telkom Direct store at Silverton Mall in Pretoria to get a 60GB 60GB promo. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. It was just unfortunate that the 8ta services were down that day, meaning they couldn't load the data bundle so I left the store with the micro SIM card free of charge.
It was only later that I realised I needed a nano SIM card instead of a micro SIM, so that was definitely my mistake.
I went to Sandton City on Sat 16 March to have the SIM card replaced, but the attitude and unfriendliness at that branch is simply APPALLING. They simply refused to accept that I received a SIM for free and were not willing to swap the SIM card or give me a new one without charging me for it.
So even though I am willing to spend R1800 for a data bundle, these guys from 8ta @ Sandton City rather see me go to Cell C, Vodacom or MTN, just because they want to charge me R35 for a SIM card.
Clearly they don't understand the basics of running a profitable business, and for R35 rather chase potential customers away to sign up with their competition.
