I have a clientele mobile. 1st of all my contract with them ended a year ago but because of dishonesty no one told me, recently I had a problem with my current phone then went & bought a new one which uses a micro sim card. I went to MTN to make a sim swap I was advised I have to speak to Clientele Mobile to get assistance with that, I have phoned on the 16th September 2013 Monday spoke to Lindiwe who said she has send a request after 3 hours phoned back Bobo said sim swap takes 24 hours then I will receive a call to be advised when the sim is ready to be used & he also took an alternative number because I have a problem with my old phone.
Tuesday, Wednesday passed with no luck then I phoned on Thursday spoken to Tumi and told her I am very unhappy with the service I need to use my phone, I have also advised her to tell her team leader if I don't get assistance I am going to report this, Friday I got a call from a rude lady with no solution and told her to cancel the contract and she agreed.
Phoned again 23 September Monday left a message with Esther, Praise, Mashudu and many more can't even talk to the supervisor, high call cost, no solution & no phone. Very Bad Service
