No service during peak hours! or Extremely slow!

I loved the Cellc GiGa200 prepaid data offering so much that I bought 2 of them.

It went Gr8 the first few months and the speed was incredible and consistent, both during peak and
after hours ("Midnight surfing") Then about 2 weeks ago their peak hours coverage slowed to a crawl. I cannot even download my email sometimes or use Google. After Midnight it is still fullspeed, sometimes aiming for 10Mbps, but peak hours I have to use an alternative service provider now.

This is not the service I came to expect from Cellc and to think I bought 2 of these bundles! I made sure I have plenty of "Peak hour" data, so it is clearly a case of Cellc illegally closing down connections to clear peak hour bandwidth too boost sales. Unacceptable service!
