I have been trying to cancel the blackberry service which was taken in addition to a contract.
This has been done and confirmed by MTN 3 times over the past 6 months or more.
However, I am still paying for the service and MTN continues to deny that the service was ever cancelled.
So I have now paid R70 for more than 6 months and every time I cancel I need to wait 2 months to find that it is still reflecting on my invoice.
I would like MTN to confirm the date at which the service was no longer being used, cancel the service, and issue a refund.
