Unable to cancel my account after 2 months

Hi

I've tried on multiple times to cancel my Telkom line.

Each time I call they tell me that I will get a call to confirm cancellation but the call never happens, so after two months my Telkom line is still not cancelled

I am of course still being billed, that seems to be only thing that Telkom is very good at.
