Telkom do not care 2 bits for their customers!

Upgraded from Closer2 to Closer3 Pensioners Tariff! Drove 75km from Warrenton to Kimberley (and Back) to be told that they are out of stock of the free Motorola Handset Phone which is included in this upgrade, (This phone to be collected within 21days of Upgrade). They gave me a phone number 0538311766 and 0538311188 to call them to find out if stocks have arrived, this number is never answered and a voice sais MAILBOX FULL phone back later. This now for days!
Cannot find anywhere on web where I can lodge a complaint or at 10210 or 0800001830!
Is this Telkom Service?!!
