I was bugged non-stop to upgrade my contract in April, I gave in and did it over the phone with the Telkom people. Eversince then I have been having endless billing contract, debit order problems and no my service has just been cut completely.
When you send an email be happy if you get an answer. Phone and lodge a querry get your reference number and someone will be calling you with in 48 hours it has now been 7 days since I lodge my complaint/querry.
Telkom you have as usual very poor service.
