TELKOMS 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

I have just taken out a new phone on upgrade from Telkom and after struggling to get the upgrade in the first place the phone is faulty! so i go back to the store on day 7 and the store is closed! on day 8 i go there first thing in the morning and i am told, sorry but your 7 days are up. you need to book the phone in for repairs!!! i mean, come on, i was there on time but the store is closed, now who's problem is this now???

i am so sick and tired of 8TA/TELKOM, i am a good customer but the trouble i need to go through with them, pathetic!
