Cancelling a telkom exchange line

I have been trying to cancel my mothers telephone line for 2 weeks now, After trying to call Telkom every day for that 2 weeks with no success, I visited 3 different Telkom offices only to be told that they can't help me I must phone 10210. The problem in that is that the phone at 10210 never gets answered- Telkom has a nice phone message that says" all operators are currently busy but please hold your call is important to us " but that truly does not help me when the phone never gets answered and then cuts out after 30min of me holding. It is so frustrating!!!
