Very Bad service

I have taken out a new contract
iphone 5 - 16 gig

since have received the phone i have been experiencing problems
1. calls dropped while on a call (have signal 3 G signal)
2. not recieving calls (have signal - receiving a message after & hour saying missed calls) sometimes it goes to a voice mail of someone who speaks Zulu which i don't even know who that person is .i have setup my VM but yesterday people were not even able to leave VM
3. dialling out - calls not going through - have signal
4. internet not working (even though there is signal 3G)
I went to westgate branch to report it and i was given customer care numbers to call without even listing to my problem .when i call 140 yesterday i got through someone who didn't even listen to me what she was saying was re setup vm and i explain to her that problem is not mailbox but that it goes to someone line.she told me she is transferring me technical support and she hangup the call.
When Cell C said all calls are recorded what are they referring to.
I regret joining Cell C cause all i get is just Notification for missed calls
