Billed me 2months after my contract was cancelled

In January 2012 Virgin Mobile billed me over R600 for Internet Data I did not even used, all that they said was that there was an error on there system and they only refunded me R27 of that and said the rest was my problem.

Then on the 4th of December 2012 I cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile and they said my last payment will be on the 15th of January 2013, and now on the 15th of February I got billed again and then I phoned them and after being on hold for about 40min, all the person I was talking to said to me it is my own fault and not theirs. And this was after they promised me my last bill will be on the 15th of January 2013.
This is shocking because Virgin Mobile has now more than R1000 from me.
