Unhappy Cell C Clearwater Custome

After ordering and waiting a month, we were given the wrong Tablet as they had no stock of the one we originally ordered. NO STOCK is also nothing new at this branch. Within a month of having it the Galaxy would shut down and not switch on for 24 hours. This device holds all my daughters school books and she was unable to use it to study for her exams. After numerous phone calls to Samsung and 3 trips they finally sent it in to be tested. The letter we got back was that the device was defective. We took the device with the letter to Cell C and demanded a new device as this was unacceptable after 2 months. I also registered a complaint with the technical department over the phone as the Internet was not working and was told I would get a response from the IT department within 24 hours - 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Cell C's response to the Samsung letter is they are going to fix the defective device. This is unacceptable! I will never recommend Cell C to anyone. The service you get is disgusting. Why must the customer jump through hoops and accept sub-standard equipment when clearly Cell C are at fault.
