Blackberry repair issue (3rd time)

My blackberry 9900 has been sent in for repairs a third time in a matter of a couple of months. My phone started acting up in February where it would just power off and not turn back on. I took it to vodacom shop secunda and they sent it in for repairs (job number 8659333). A refurbished handset was issued to me two weeks later. I got home, powered it on only to find the screen was faulty on a phone that was just issued to me as a refurbished model. I took the phone back to vodacom shop secunda the following day and they sent it away again (job number 8694076). Two and a half weeks later I received the same phone that was sent in and the screen was replaced. I had this phone for two weeks and all seemed well until friday last week when the phone started refusing to access the memory card installed (yes I did try other memory cards but with no success). The phone was sent in again (job number 8792822).

Can someone please just sort out the issues of my phone. The phone was sent in three times in a matter of two months. Something needs to happen and quick!!!
