On the 9 of March 2013 i took my phone for repairs (sotfware upgrade and network problem) and He told me that he will book a call on monday and then it will be picked up on Tuesday. Gues what?? When i call Technical queries for MTN SP they said nope your phone was log on a call on the 14 March 2013. Which means they can pick it up today or monday. Then i call Themba at Maponya MTN, he said he was not around yesterday (14 MArch 2013) so he only did it on Tuesday. I am really because now i cant receive my emails and do other staff. I am on contract but they didnt even provide me with an alternative phone to use.
