Poor response time for dishwasher repairs

I logged a call through the Bosch call centre on Monday 11 March 2013 to report a problem with my dishwasher (which is five months old), and they said that the technician would be there the next day. On Friday 15 March 2013 I called them again and they said that they would follow up and call me back in ten minutes, which they never did. On Monday, 18 March 2013 I phoned the call centre AGAIN and they said that the technician from the East London area would call me the same day. Up to Tuesday 19 March 2013 at 10h00 I have not heard anything from a technician or the call centre.
