Response time

I sent n my phone @ Edgars on the 6th of March and it reached Finrite on the 15th of March 2013 for repairs, I have been calling them almost everyday and i get the same story repairs not answering their calls, Then on Monday (25/03/2013) a saleperson @ Edgars called and said repairs were done and the phone would be delivered soon but when i called on Wednesday they said the phonewas still @ repairs but lo and behold they still cant get hold of repairs.. I have been without a phne for three weeks and for all the money i pay i havent been given any other phone to replace that one until they are done with it and to make matters worse they always take my details to call me back with feedback but never do, this is my second complaint in 2 years but somehw im still hoping for a miracle that never happens.
