No cancellation of contract, no insurance

I applied on Monday, 11 March 2013 for a cellphone via FNB's two options. I was called late on Monday to confirm the deal for a Cell C contract through Fnb, everything was completed and agreed upon. I received a phone call from the couriers and the phone was delivered to me on Thursday, 14 March 2013. Both departments I spoke to said the phone could not have come from them because it takes 10-15 working days to receive the phone. It was then established that the phone came from the department that sells ipads, tablets, etc., but the Cell C contract option was still pending. I then asked that the Cell C contract be cancelled because I will not be paying for two of the same cellphones - I had already requested the contract be cancelled on Tuesday, 12 March 2013 at 10:55 when I received confirmation that my phone would be delivered during this week. I received a confirmation e-mail from Mandisa Tola that the contract was cancelled, but according to the Call Centre (Tumi) it is still pending. Please can the Cell C contract offer be cancelled and I would like written confirmation of that as well. I also requested insurance for my phone, only to find out there is no insurance at the moment.
