TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My phone was collected on the 7th March 2013 for repairs. Before that even happened, I had to call the call center a million times for them to collect my phone. Thereafter, I was not given any feedback whatsoever as to what's happening with the phone. I called several times and spoke to 4 different consultants - ALL of them were no help!! On Thursday, 14 March 2013 I was eventually told that the phone is ready and should be delivered on Monday 18 March or Wednesday the latest. It's Wednesday today and I've had to call to find out what the is going on! A consultant told me to leave my number with him and he will call me back with an update. This call was at 09:30 this morning - it's now 16:30 and I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A CALL! I've now called again and yet another consultant says he will call me back. THE SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!
