I have been a loyal client for more than a decade, after my contract expires when I was about to upgrade. I learn that there was co-payment pending. I'm disappointed that I was not informed about the co-payment before the cell phone was handed to me. No call or email received from MTN explaining mis-communication, instead my account was handed over to the attorneys and now collections is demanding me to pay triple the original amount even though I have been paying towards that co-payement after my contract expires. Please assist me in raising mtn attention as they are not replying to my complain.
