Good day,
4 years ago (can't remember exactly what the date was) I got a contract phone with cellc. A few months into the contract the billing was incorrect. I queried the problem to be told the sales consultant gave me incorrect information. I was given a chance to either correct the problem or cancel the contract. I opted to cancel the contract. The debit order was stopped and the phone was collected.
Today, 4 years later I get an sms from JM Attorneys saying due to non-payment my account was handed over to attorney's. I queried the attorneys whom their consultant was rude and all she wanted was me to pay and not hear my story..
Please explain Cellc. 4 years later??? After you yourselves stopped debiting my account and collected your phone?
