Communication less than satisfactory

DMI Attorneys contacted me, stating that I have been handed over by Telkom. The reason for the this was that Telkom never sent me a final account, and when payment wasn't made, they handed me over. I got fed-up with trying to sort the issue out. One of the DMI Attorneys employees, Sibusiso, phoned me on the 24th of January, asking when payment will be received. I told him to send me an email with all the details, and that I'd make payment that same day. They sent an email from their "postmaster" email address, but failed to mention the amount I owe them. I replied to that email twice, since Thursday, and received no reply from them.
