I'm yet again, only using HelloPeter.com, to complain about TELKOM!!!
I am a student who is very dependent on the internet to perform my daily tasks involving studies at university! I was still busy with an assignment on the 6th of March, when my internet line just disconnected...
I reported a fault immediately on the 7th of March, and nothing has been done ever since! I have to go to my parents' offices to work there, which is very uncomfortable because it is far from campus!
I spoke to a consultant, and they said the cause is "damaged, or cables"... It's a week later, and it is still out of order! This is a regular thing!!
In light of the above, I hope they can appreciate the serious nature of my complaint and understand the bizarre ramifications of their lack of service.
My DSL line's light is just flickering... And the phone is off! I can't do anything!! This is stressing me out, and frustrating me! I am very serious about my studies!
Can someone assist in helping me, because this is ridiculous!
