reported a fault on telkom line 2 days ago and got this response when trying to report the fault again.
The service is already part of a network outage.

A technician was supposed to come out but has not to date. Also didn't phone me as I requested.
Apparently the Telkom line has again been?! Just last month I sat without internet for more than 3 weeks. However my ADSL light is flickering and not red / off. Could someone please enlighten me as to what the real issue is because nobody seem to be sure.
Please phone me and give me an update on what the issue is. I might even be able to give a solution for your cable issues.
