I had two faults; a problem with my ADSL line, and a noisy phone line.
I reported the fault to Telkom on March 28 and received fault reference: 522CNK280313
An individual fixed the ADSL connection, but the phone line is still VERY noisy. In addition, the ADSL does not work when the phone is in use (i.e. Cannot be connected to the internet and make a call simultaneously).
PLEASE LOG THIS FAULT CORRECTLY as it has been 3 weeks with a faulty phone line.
I tried to re-log the fault online, but couldn't because of the already existing fault. I tried to phone it in, but instead received an automatic response saying "we are not accepting faxes at this time".
Come on Telkom, pick up your game!
