I have a cellphone contract with mtn for the last 2 years which i ported over from cell C, the time had come for me to upgrade and i upgraded to a blackberry 9790. since i took the phone i have had countless problems with this phone. i have been to the branch on many occassions with excuses that they can only take in the phones during the week and all items need to be with the box, the phone needs to be sent in which will take 3 weeks ect. the phone is 3 months old yet its act up as if its been around the park. The phone touch screen doesnt work from time to time, the Screen twitches and jumps, Phone freezes, sim card constantly rejected, error msg on startup ect
this is pathetic considering i am someone who is a sales rep and i need my phone at all times. you guys issued me a faulty handset so now i need to be Inconvenienced .i wasnt even offered a loan phone for the time being . this is terrible service as other service providers such as Vodacom gives clients replacement phones to use for a certain period. i Dont want another blackberry from you guys because when the warranty is finished its going to be my problem. i want the matter sorted ASAP or the contract cancelle
