Ombudsman is the next step

I phoned the Mtn connection department in January 2013, because my mtn wifi router was receiving bad signals and dropping sognals left and right and I needed to restart the router all the time. It has been now 2 months and NO response from them, I am very dissipointed with the service of Mtn and would like an explenation why they are not responding to me or want to help me, I am paying every month for the bad service and I am feeling that my monthly payments is being from me because Mtn do not respond to there clients at all. I have been with Mtn for 15 years now and I am disgussed with what is happening at the moment, I am continuing sitting with low or no signal on my wifi router and I think its time that someone do some explaining. My ref no at Mtn conections is: 0049037.
