I have had a black berry for nearly 2 years and been paying BIS with my subscription. Suddenly on my December Invoice I noticed an increase in my internet usage. My December internet usage being R38.05, which is high but not crazily high, then in January my internet usage went up to R98.96, when I phoned head office customer service, they first said its my Wattsapp charging then when i said that it is nonsense they put me through to the technical department and the service agent had a look and said there is definitely a problem with my software and i must take it into the store to do a software update, I said that in a few days time I would be getting my new blackberry and he said not to worry then because it will not happen with my new blackberry. I got my blackberry on the 7 Feb and also my Feb bill which showed internet usage of R59.88. Thinking that it was the old phone that with the software problem i waited for the March bill only to find that the internet charges is still carrying on and was R71.83 for March bill. I phoned once again and spoke to Shaun who logged a fault and said he would phone me back. No one can give me an answer and help me with my query.
