Thank you for your response. R766.58 was deducted from my account which was for the router R595 (which I purchased the incorrect one) and R171.58 was the prorata for the month for the subscription of R195.
I sent back the router but was never credited the R595. In actual fact I was suppose to be credited the entire amount as I never had any connection for the month of October and only commenced in November when I bought the mini wifi.
So please credit me my R595 for the router that was returned.!!! 1
