I took a blackberry 9780 in for repair on 7/3/2013, phone was 100% working except for the speaker and mic, got the phone back today, and now the back button needs to be pressed hard to get it working and the top right button (mute/silent) is not working at all, and the phone is bent on the top right, how the do you take a phone for repair and damage it??? im very unhappy with the service received, i will be taking the phone back in for repair the moment i get a chance, but will really like to know how you are going to fix this problem, it is completely unacceptable to damage customer goods when it is sent in for repair.
