Incorrect billing on Top-up contract

For 3 months now my cell phone has been disconnected by auto-page for account overdue. On investigation I discover that I've been billed for postage and reconnection fee. The first month I lodged a complaint to inform them that I receive electronic bills and my account was paid via EFT. My phone was than reconnected and all was well until the next billing cycle. Once again my phone was disconnected. I explained to the consultant what happened the previous month and once again I was informed a credit will be pass for incorrect billing. Yesterday my phone was disconnected once again and once again I was informed that a credit will be passed for incorrect billing. How many times must this still happen before Auto page or maybe the incompetent staff get it right. Reference nr given for this error A1303145237 and turn around time to rectify this error is 12-48hrs.
