I went to upgrade, wanted the bundle deal with the Samsung S4 and Tablet P5100. They did not have stock of the Tablet, the manager ensured me that I will still qualified for the deal because I was there on the 28 September 2013 and they did not have the deal available in October 2013. There was 11 in stock of the Tablet in Morning Side and they've told me Morning Side gave permission to supply them with one of the Tablet's. Now the deal is not on the MTN system anymore and the Samsung S4 is also not available anymore it's only the Samsung S4 LTE. Nkululgko was the only person who really tried to help, thanks but a customer has no power and must except disappointment, I am so sick and tired of the word sorry... does anyone now what the word really means or is this word part of training in service departments for convenience? I been by MTN for over 10 years! Think I need to cancel my contract, they don't need little old me!
