Numerous complaints about the network for their 3G service with the first complaint lodged on 22 February 2013. I received correspondence of promises that they are looking into the situation and nearly a month later without any improvement to the service. Vodacom should be taken on by the Consumer Protection Council as they do not deliver on what you pay for!
