I made my decision to change from Vodacom to Mtn as I found a very attractive package for a Samsung they were offering. I called their Sales call centre 3 times, everytime I spoke to a different person they gave me a different price. This could of been either because the people could not speak english properly or they were talking to fast or they just did not know their product knowledge. I then tried calling all the Umhlanga and lalucia stores to see if they had stock of the Samsung Galaxy and NOT ONE STORE answered their phone. I then phoned Coastlands hotel and asked a staff member to walk over to the store for me and ask if they had stock and it turned out they did have stock. So I got in my car and drove to MTN Coastlands and signed up for a contract of which I could only find out if it was approved the next day. Today the 14-03-13 I tried calling Coastlands Mtn close to 12 times and everytime it rang once and then went engaged. I then called Umhlanga and begged them fro help and because they were not a franchise they could not help but did try calling for me which I appreciated. Needless to say I gave up and regret leaving Vodacom
