Vodacom refuse to replace faulty cell phone

VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
CONTRACT WITH VODACOM4U CLEARWATERS - S64USTARTPAK20 d.d. 27/07/2012 SAMSUBG S5830 GALAXY ACE
EVER SINCE I TOOK THIS CONTRACT I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THIS PHONE.
IT CONTINUALLY CRACKLES DURING CALLS.
IT CUTS OUT DURING THE CALLS.
IT DOES NOT ALWAYS ACCEPT SWIPED IN COMING CALLS.
IT DOES NOT HOLD CALLS.
IT DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE NETWORK RECEPTION.
THIS PHONE HAS BEEN BACK IN FOR SERVICES 4 TIMES TO VODACOM4U CLEARWATERS.
FROM DATE OF CONTRACT- 27/07/2012 -WHICH IS 8 MONTHS AGO, I HAVE HAD 4 MONTHS USE OUT OF IT.
UNLESS THEY ACCEPT TO REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM4U CLEARWATERS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT FOR THIS SPECIFIC SAMSUNG S5830 GALAXY ACE.
I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK.. IT IS WITH SINCERE REGRET THAT I EVER ALLOWED VODACOM4U CLEARWATERS TO INFLUENCE ME INTO TAKING THIS CONTRACT FOR A SAMSUNG GALAXY
I NEED MY MOBILE AND CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER FOR VODACOM4U/VODACOM4U CLEARWATERS AND/OR SAMSUNG TO DECIDE ON ANY LATER DATEFOR THEM TO EXCHANGE THIS FAULTY DUD MODEL.
I HOPE TO RECEIVE A DATE ASAP TO GO AND COLLECT A NEW & REPLACED SAMSUBG S5830 GALAXY ACE.
