Constant bad service

Applied for business uncapped 3G fail over static IP contract on 14 February 2012 with Fazeka Bani.

1st problem, MWEB installed a non 3G fail over modem. I refused to sign off the installation. Arguments followed with Fazeka since she wanted to charge me the once off setup a second time.

2nd problem. Moved offices in September, was billed for ADSL line at the previous and new address. Ralph Chirwa confirmed various times in writing that the situation is corrected, but every billing cycle it was still not sorted. Various arguments followed for 5 months, until I requested a new account manager.

The matter was sorted in part in January, but money was not refunded, nor interest, nor compensation for time spend over the 5 month sorting out their problem. Ronetta Kalopde a tried to convince me credit was issued, but the money was not refunded into our bank account. Beginning of February, the monthly full amount was debit yet again without taking the credits into account, nor any interest for keeping client's money for another month.

It took Yasmin Abdin days to respond on notice to cancel, stating I am not allowed to until end of April (12 Months) even though I applied in Feb '12
