On the 15th May 2013 i booked my tablet with Vodacom since it was not switching on and they advised me that it was the battery issue. Then on the 20th May 2013 it was ready for collection and i collected the table and payed /- R700 for the battery.

The tablet displayed charging icon even though it was not on charger and i went back to Vodacom and showed them the problem and the lady told me that it was fine i should not worry. After a couple of hour the phone just died and i took it back to vodacom (Job #: 8889589) on the 28th May 2013, on the 29th May 2013 i received the last message which read "Job number 8889589 is currently in transit to VODACOM REPAIRS SANDTON" and ever since then i haven't heard anything from them and today it's the 19th June 2013.

I am not happy with the way they do things :'(
