Iconnect servers keep going down for the past 2 days, resulting in no telephone service for us
We keep calling their support to get feedback. Unfortunately they have incompetent staff in support who cant take email addresses correctly down and never come back to you with any answers
It is frustrating when the service provider is clueless and don't keep up to simple promises like calling customers back
This is a very bad impression for a telecommunications company as communication is their business
However staff fail to communicate
