STAY AWAY FROM AMPLE HOSTING

Our recommendation is to stay as far away as possible from Ample Hosting because, apparently:

*Ample Hosting will deactivate your domain and e-mail addresses without any prior warning

*Ample Hosting close their offices promptly at 16h00, after which they do not answer their single telephone line

*Ample Hosting have one technical support email address through which they never respond to your complaints or queries

*Ample Hosting's support staff (if any) and their management (including managing director Graham Paine) are never available by telephone

*Ample Hosting's sales department staff are unhelpful, arrogant and unwilling to offer any assistance at all

*at Ample Hosting, absolutely nothing is treated urgently and this will, of course, have a very negative impact on your business.

We transferred our hosting to Ample Hosting in December, 2012. We have had extensive technical difficulties with them and on Mon, 8 July, 2013, they managed to deactivate our domain and 11 email addresses. It took them until Wed, 9 July to reactivate half of our addresses. Their single telephone does not work. They do not respond to their e-mail.

There is NO way of contacting them with problems
