Incompetent lying

I would start off by saying that MTN does not care about their clients. I took out this contract 24 months ago, immediately with issues. Something as simple as the RICA of my sim. I had my phone for 7 days, could not use it or even contact the customer care line to query why. Lo and behold, to discover on me going into store at century city, the incompetent staff member who handled my contract did not RICA the sim, leading to me having paid money for a sim I could not even use. Numerous issues with connection etc calling into the unhelpful call centre, and always ending up having to go into a store for assistance. The latest is I changed my banking details in October 2012. Another staff member captures the incorect banking details and MTN instead of querying, even calling suspend my line. I try calling the call centre from another phone as my sim did not even work for that. So how do you contact them to query? Only when a rude woman called to query payment did I realise my bank dtls were wrong. Now whose fault was this. I state in an email to Errol Maistry that I refuse to pay for a service I hv not had months of and not to debit my acc. He agrees yet my acc was debitd. Do not support MTN
