Mweb still unable to create new email address

I have complained about this in the past and still nothing happened.

Mweb, can you explain why email addresses are never created when requested through the business mail administrator web portal? Why not remove the functionality and stop confusing people?

I have moved several of my clients away from you, and maybe I should move the last one as well, because you have no DNS administration portal for your clients, so we always have to phone your incompetent staff to get things done at the cost of a massive delay. Why can we not administrate our own domains with a c-panel like hetzner or any normal ISP?

All I wanted was to have 1 (one) (not two, three or 500) new email address created for a new staff member.

Why does it take you more than 6 days to create a new email address??

Please explain this to me because I really would like to know WHY. I am not interested in apologies etc. etc because you already did that last time. I need an explanation. Today would be great!
