After being a client of iConnect for over two years, we are STILL paying for calls on our Telkom bill, even though we're supposed to be on VOIP and we're getting billed by iConnect every month and are even getting billed for data "used"! Everyone will "get back to me" and "sort the problem" but NOTHING IS BEING DONE! I've been given the run-around for months by Nattalie, Faizel, Mark Snow and countless other employees. Everyone just passes me on... I WANT THIS SORTED NOW!!! LAWNMOWER MECCA
