On Monday 01.07 I checked my billing online and noticed chunks of data being deducted every 1700 sec. I had purchased 500 meg Fri.28.06, & my data balance was 2meg. I then purchased another 1 gig as I did not want to pay 'out of bundle rates' and contacted their customer service centre online. I eventually spoke to a lady in their data dept, who talked me through stopping the data being deducted. later when I checked again, nothing had changed, I went to their Blue Route branch & the 'data' guy there supposedly sorted everything out & I left. The next morning I checked & nothing had changed. I received a response to my original email, saying it had been passed on & somebody would contact me. I deleted all apps. etc from my phone to stop the data disappearing. They still do not know what is using the data!!! I have asked if they could convert the 1 gig of data back to airtime as I will not be able to use it within 2 weeks, but they refused. This is not the first time I have lost out. When I migrated to a new package a couple of month's ago I lost airtime, sms's and data. It's is always to their advantage NEVER the customer.
