I sent through the below enquiry on the 1st July and am still waiting for a response. I also phoned on the 29th August and followed up my email enquiry on the 11th of July. I was promised a response by the 8th of July and I am obviously extremely anxious: This was the original enquiry: 'I went into the Vodacom shop on Friday the 28th of June to update some contracts and to my horror heard that my ipad account was on R 9000 something rand. When I went into the Vodacom store earlier this year to update another number I put limits on my accounts so how is this possible? I was told that the others did not need limits as the data would cut off after the data had finished. Up to date I have bought numerous top up data for my laptop but the ipad has never needed it and now I hear that no limit was put on my ipad and that it was never supposed to cut off after the 2gig had been spent (because it was not on a topup but why was I not allowed to put a limit on it when I went into the Vodacom store earlier this year and told it would cut off automatically)'
