I used to have the best experience from Cell C & thought that they're always having their house in order. Up until I applied for a home loan & being rejected on the basis that Cell C stated that I defaulted in the last 3 months, whereas that not true.
I called em on Monday 11/03/2013 14:00 [ref: 3031102088] & got a promise that I will get a response in a max 48 hours. Today [13/03/2013 14:40] I called to enquire, and was then told that the 48 hours I was given is actually 48 working hours & that they're only working 9 hours a day & should expect a response after 5 working days.
What makes matter even worse, I have just gotten a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10 inch from them. If I'm such a bad payer, why on earth would they still give me another contract?
