Upgrade on contract- cell c galaxy s4

I called Nashua Mobile on the 5/6/2013 to find out if do i qualify for an upgrade since i have 3 lines with them to my surprise i did the gentlemen i spoke to assisted me with the upgrade, he told me that i can take the line on cell c as it ws the cheapest line of the 3 big networks.on saturday i received an sms on saturday the 8/6/2013 i received an sms from Nashua Mobile greenacres telling me that my phone is ready for collection. when i got there i was informed that after 2 hours or receiving the phone the phone will be ready after 2 hours, when i got home 2 hours later i noticed that the phone was not working. i went back to NASHUA MOBILE on sunday the lady told me that the phone was not activated properly and that she will send an email to the headoffice to inform them about the insident, Monday the 10/6/2013 the phone was still not working. i called Nshua mobile again and i was informed that wrong emial was sent. i have been going back and forth to Nahsua mobile and they still cant fix the phone i can only make phone calls but now i can not access the internet. they even tried a different sim it works mine doesnt. i told them i want to cancel this contract if they cant fix
