Worst Customer Service Eve

Today is the 19.09.2013.
I spoke to Portia on the 02.09.2013 and she told me that my contract was approved and delivery would take 3-7 working days. I then made a complaint on HELLO PETER and I got a response that someone is going to follow up with me from CELL C.
BUSI called me and followed up and she would always tell me that she is going to follow up with the courier company and would call me back in 15 mins, I think in her mind 15 mins is 24 hours because she would call back 24 hours later asking if the package was delivered. This happened everyday in the meantime I made my own enquiries with the courier service also who is just as bad as CELL C.

Today I called CELL C who has told me the package was returned.
On the 17.09.2013 the courier company came and I was told I needed to give them a copy of my id which I was not aware of because CELL C told me that I needed to have my id with me and proof of residence to accept the package. I was not told to have a copy of my ID
So they said they would deliver on the 18.09.2013. I didnt receive the package so I called CELL C on the 19.09.2013 at 08:00

I am so tired of CELL C wasting my time. I even lost a day of work over this
