Vodacom feedback delays about the NO SIGNAL

I am so frustrated with Vodacom with their no care attitude about their customers, it's amazing how a multimillion
dollar company just don't care about their customers I receive very poor signal and call drops every time you on the phone. I am in the Helderberg Area, Somerset West, Strand and Gordons Bay. I am loosing important calls that cause me to lose money due to business calls lost, not even to mention the monies I pay towards the contact that most recently does not work as promised and efficiently enough. This problem started in November 2012 and I getting quite fed-up, can anyone at Vodacom help here or should i go to another service provider, i think you service is pathetic, I have lodged a complaint to Vodacom with reference number A5-Z7CC-RB103 but no response since 25/02/2013 after the normal feedback time 24 hours. i really think SA should have more cell server suppliers to wake this sleeping giant.
