My Name is Carol I would like to complain about the service that I got from the service that i got from your clients service center, I went there on the 19th of January to report my lost data stick, I spoke to this Indian girl who told me that i should pay R400 to replace the old one, Which I paid cash as she told me that I can't use my card for that and their card machine was out of service, which she did but the data stick had no data inside. I have used the data for5 days only then it stopped working Then on the 9th February I went back to client service center, a technician checked the stick and he told me that i have no data inside the stick i should buy another one for R1700 or R2300, which is on a special as it will cost me more to recharge. But why was i never advised that i have less data before i changed to new stick coz according to the technician guy he says it cost me more to recharge than buying a new one.but he did not sell me the new stick as he sad the service is under my husband name he needs a power of attorney letter written by my husband n his copy of ID though I had my drivers license, He said he can only do that under my name as long as bring my docs
